Puri – Puffed Bread

Crispy’s Puris can be purchased as flat rounds of flour.  To prepare, one would deep fry Puris in oil until they puff up.  These are eaten for breakfast, as a snack, or as a light meal. Puris are usually served with a side potato dish, dry or curried.
